Type in your browser, https://srd.sassa.gov.za/ and click enter to open SASSA web portal. Scroll down to the bottom. There are two options for you;

South African ID holders                                                         

Asylum Seekers and Special Permit Holders

Scroll down to “How do I change my banking details” and put your South African ID number or Green Book ID number.

For Asylum Seekers and Special Permit Holders

SASSA will send you a One-Time-Password (OTP). Verify the code and you will receive a secured link through SMS. Open the link and proceed with the following steps to update your SRD R350 grant receiving method.

In the secure link, a form will open with an option of choosing payment method for your SRD grant. Select “Pick n Pay” in the form to receive your SRD payments.
