Lufthansa finalizes 41% stake Italy’s ITA Airways $350 million, eyes full acquisition

Germany’s Lufthansa Group (OTCQX:DLAKY) (OTCQX:DLAKF) finalized its acquisition of a 41% stake in the Italian airline ITA Airways for €325 million (approximately $350 million) from the Italian government.

Lufthansa (OTCQX:DLAKY) now holds a 41% stake in ITA Airways, while the remaining 59% will continue to be owned by the Italian Ministry of Economy
